Hayley heads our family law team and has a wealth of experience. She offers not only detailed advice on all aspects of family law, but also has a modern approach to disputes within a family, where expensive and protracted litigation is considered very much the last resort.
Hayley recognises this can be an extremely stressful and emotional time for those involved in a family dispute and offers a sympathetic yet sensible approach to resolving difficulties.
Hayley and her colleagues are also one of the very few family law departments still able to offer legal aid (public funding) in the South West and the only firm in Midsomer Norton and Radstock.
Qualifications: Hayley joined Thatcher + Hallam in 1996 qualifying as a Fellow of CILEx in 2009.
