As you may well have picked up in the local press-we now have working with us Samantha Hawkins. What is so different about Samantha is that she is not a lawyer like the rest of us, but instead has spent most of her professional career working with one of the largest accountancy practices in the South West.

We are absolutely delighted to have Samantha on board and part of our team.

Our Head of Wills Probate + Tax Planning George Persson is keen to emphasise that our long tradition of working closely with other professionals will of course continue.

Samantha specialises not only in trusts and trust administration but also personal tax. Admitted as a member of the Chartered Institute of Taxation in 2000, Samantha has also passed the examinations of the Association of Taxation Technicians (ATT) and is a member of the Association of Taxation Technicians (AAT).

‘A big ‘thank you’ is due to both clients and everyone here for making me feel so welcome,’ says Samantha. ‘It is already very clear that clients appreciate being able to obtain ‘one stop’ legal and accountancy advice from under the one roof. We are already planning how we can expand this service.’
