Welcome Home Gemma!

We are delighted to have joining our Wills Probate + Tax Planning team Gemma Norris. Gemma has spent most of her working life at a leading Bath law practice. She joins us as one of our Probate Executives.

Gemma specialises in estate administration and advising the elderly client. She is also experienced in matters ranging from applications to the Court of Protection to the making of a Lasting Power of Attorney. Gemma especially prides herself on her good interpersonal skills, especially her ability to put clients at ease in sometimes difficult and challenging situations. Gemma is also a Fellow of the Institute of Paralegals.

George Persson is one of our partners as well as head of the Wills Probate + Tax Planning team.

‘We have a growing private client department and the arrival of Gemma dovetails with our future plans for expansion and development,’ says George. ‘Gemma brings with her a set of professional as well as personal skills that I know will be a substantial asset to the whole team.’

For Gemma herself, being able to work in Midsomer Norton is a very special bonus.
