Mitchell is a Senior Commercial Paralegal in our Commercial Property Department.
He graduated from the University of York with a degree in law and has worked for a number of years in non-contentious commercial property law in the City of London prior to moving to Bath. His work includes commercial property transactions at all values, such as purchases and sales, grant and assignment of leases, option agreements, APAs, SPAs and more.
Mitchell is currently completing his Level 6 Diploma in Conveyancing Law and Practice with a view to qualifying as a Licenced Conveyancer in 2025. In addition to fee-earning work, he also supports Katherine Oakes in her work growing the Commercial Property Department.
