Katherine joined the team at Thatcher + Hallam in February 2022, having started her career as an apprentice in the travel industry, which led to her to become a retail manager. She then went on to work for 6 years as a healthcare Practice Manager.
Katherine’s 17 years working in retail and healthcare management roles have seen her develop skills and experience in management, finance, staffing, HR and compliance, all of which are an asset to her role of Risk + Compliance Manager at Thatcher + Hallam.
The role of Risk + Compliance Manager means ensuring Thatcher + Hallam is compliant with the various regulations that law firms have to meet. This also involves supporting the whole team to ensure they meet compliance standards. Katherine particularly enjoys being organised and embedding new ways of working and cultures within an organisation.
