Ames Kent: Administration Assistant / Receptionist - Full Time - From £25,000 per annum FT DOE

We are seeking an Administration Assistant / Receptionist to join our friendly team at Ames Kent in Frome.

The role is a blend of administration and reception duties, where no two days are the same.

The Role

  • Act as Receptionist providing a warm welcome to visitors in a friendly, efficient, and professional manner.
  • Deal with all telephone calls to the firm.
  • Administration support to our Fee Earner Caroline Polder.
  • General office duties.

About You

  • Good communication and with a courteous telephone manner.
  • A good understanding of Microsoft Office 365 applications.
  • Ability to work in an organised and methodical manner.
  • Enthusiasm and ability to work well in a team environment.
