Personal Injury Solicitor James Weller Shortlisted for National Award

10th Oct 2023 Personal Injury Solicitor James Weller Shortlisted for National Award

James Weller, a member of our Personal Injury team, has been shortlisted as a finalist for the ‘Young Achiever of the Year’ category at the national Personal Injury Awards.

Shortlisted nominees are chosen based on merit alone by a panel of judges who assess criteria such as excellence in Personal Injury practice, pro-bono contributions, quality in client care and the drive to go above and beyond in their profession.

This makes the awards, and being shortlisted for them, very prestigious within the Personal Injury Law community.

When asked what being shortlisted for the Personal Injury Awards meant to him; James said:-

‘I am thrilled to have been nominated for this award and to receive recognition for the wide range of work that I do on behalf of injured clients. As I work on all types of matters no two days are the same and the ability to help injured people with private rehabilitation, medical treatment and, ultimately, compensation is very fulfilling work.

Ever since I started my seat as a trainee at Thatcher + Hallam in the Personal Injury department I knew this area of law was where I wanted to practice and it has been, and continues to be, a privilege to build a career around helping people.’

James continues to participate in the free legal surgery we offer at our offices every Thursday between 5-6pm and has been highlighted in our firm for his charity works raising money through skydiving and running the Bath Half marathon.

The awards take place on 23rd November 2023 and we all wish James the very best!
