The Opportunity

We have a Residential Conveyancing vacancy within our Department for a Conveyancing Assistant and Case Manager as part of the continued growth of our law firm based in Midsomer Norton, which is commutable from local towns in Wiltshire and Somerset.

The position will be on a full-time basis (minimum of 25 hours per week) based at our Midsomer Norton office and with the benefit of ample parking at our offices. This is a full-time office based role, however we understand that work/life balance is important and flexible working arrangements will be considered for the right candidate.

The role requires you to be able to support 1-2 of the senior department fee earners.

Job Description for our Conveyancing Vacancy

We are looking for a Conveyancing Assistant or Case Manager to join our friendly team.

The ideal candidate must have previous experience in residential property with strong administration skills, excellent attention to detail and the ability to work well under pressure.

General duties include but are not limited to:-

  • Opening files
  • Drafting contract packs
  • Searches and completion statements
  • Post exchange completion work
  • Corresponding with clients, third parties and agents via telephone / written correspondence and, at times, in person.
  • General supportive duties as assigned by the fee earners you will be supporting.

Training will be provided.
