What can you expect from a first meeting

A free half hour appointment, where you can provide us with details of the dispute, we will listen carefully, then provide initial advice and options as to any urgent issues to address, or otherwise the way forward. We have a Legal Aid contract and will be able to advise whether you may be entitled, or otherwise discuss with you our likely fees, based upon the information you provide and to the best of our ability at that stage.

What happens next

Should you wish to proceed following the initial advice given we will arrange to meet with you at your choice in person or by telephone in order to take full instructions.

We recognise that going through any dispute with your partner could potentially be very stressful. We will help you through the process with compassion and empathy, taking your personal circumstances into account and providing strong and reliable advice in a way that suits you and with cost transparency.

If you require legal advice with regard to any of these matters, please contact us for an initial 30 minute no obligation telephone appointment. Please contact us by either emailing enquiries@th-law.co.uk or by telephone 01761 414646.
