We provide security to first time buyers with our First Time Buyer No Purchase – No Legal Fees* Scheme.

So if your property purchase falls through before exchange through no fault of your own, we won’t charge you any legal fees.

*Terms and Conditions:
  1. The First Time Buyer No Purchase – No Legal Fees Scheme (“the Scheme”) is open to first time home buyers only.
  2. The Scheme is applicable to the first transaction only and any subsequent property purchase transactions will not be eligible for this scheme.
  3. The Scheme relates to legal fees associated with conveyancing only. Any other fees/disbursements incurred are not eligible for refund under the Scheme (e.g. search fees).
  4. The Scheme is valid until the point of exchange. If the property transaction fails for any reason after exchange, the Scheme will not be applicable.
  5. The Scheme will not be redeemable if you are the cause of the failure of the conveyancing property purchase transaction (e.g. change of circumstances, mortgage offer is withdrawn, not issued or not extended)
  6. The Scheme is applicable to new matters opened with us from 7th September 2023 to 13th September 2024. After this date the scheme will be automatically withdrawn.
  7. We reserve the right to change or amend the above terms at any time.
  8. We reserve the right to withdraw the Scheme at any time.
