Sharon has been working at Thatcher + Hallam for 20 years. As Practice Manager, Sharon’s responsibilities include HR, finance and business support, ensuring that the busy and dynamic firm works both smoothly and efficiently.
Additionally, Sharon’s role is also to assist the Managing Partner with the firm’s strategy, planning, forecasts and growth.
Sharon is the first point of contact on matters relating to HR and employment matters.
