Sarah specialises in all aspects of Business, from Commercial Property Law and Asset Finance to Farming & Rural Businesses. Having worked at leading law practices in London, Bath and Wiltshire, Sarah has earned a reputation as a highly experienced and skilled commercial property lawyer, dealing with all aspects of property law including new leases and the assignment of leases, development work and asset finance. Sarah fully understands the pressures and challenges of running a successful enterprise and regularly assists business owners on commercial property transactions involving the sale and purchase of on-going businesses.
Sarah has been described by clients as ‘very approachable, pragmatic and efficient’. Together with others within the firm, she enjoys excellent relationships with other professions including commercial property surveyors, to ensure that all aspects of each commercial transaction are dealt with smoothly.
Qualifications: Following graduation from Nottingham Trent University in 1986, Sarah was admitted as a solicitor in 1989 before joining Thatcher + Hallam in the Autumn of 2016. Appointed as a partner with the firm on 1st July 2017.
