The Opportunity
We are hiring for an exciting new role within our Residential Conveyancing Department for a Solicitor / FCILEx or Qualified Conveyancer as part of the continued growth of our law firm based in Midsomer Norton, and Frome, which is commutable from local towns in Wiltshire and Somerset.
The position will be on a full-time basis based at our Midsomer Norton office and with the benefit of ample parking.

Job Description
We are looking for a Solicitor or Qualified Conveyancer to join our friendly team.
The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of prior of experience of managing residential property transactions to include sales, purchases, freeholds, leaseholds and new builds. They must also be comfortable and confident in liaising directly with clients, agents, lenders and other parties.
The following are desirable for this job role:-
- Running a caseload from start to finish
- Ability to work well under pressure and to deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent client care skills
- Able to use IT and a Case Management System
- Able to work well as part of a team
